pretty silly name considering that there is literally 0 chance you can bottom after eating this but whatever it's good and if you are cooking for someone special
cook this.
ingredients
- chicken thigh
- sundried tomatoes
- shallot
- minced garlic
- sauvignon blanc white wine
- white wine vinegar
- chicken stock
- thickened cream
- tomato paste
- basil
- butter
- olive oil
recipe:
- dry brine the fuck out of the chicken with salt + black pep, garlic powder, onion powder, sweet paprika, cayenne pepper, oregano, dried basil, msg, lil lemon zezt leave this for a min of an hour and prefferably overnight for the best result.
- mince the shallot and the garlic if you have full cloves, cut sundried tomato to taste.

- heat pan to medium hot and put in smallish amount of olive oil, once hot add your chicken thighs. cook to about 75% then remove from pan.
- add butter to pan and sundried tomatoes, once butter melted add shallots and once fragrant add garlic mince, add tomato paste shortly after and caramilize.
- pour white wine into pan reducing until achohol smell has gone then pour small amount of white wine vinegar again reducing into the smell of vinegar has gone
- turn stove to low then pour in thickened cream, add basil leaves and chicken stock and bring to a gentle boil
- once sauce simmering add back in chicken thigh to finish, reduce to desired thickness, add parm, chilli flakes, salt and pep to taste
- serve with pasta, rice, mash potato or really whatever carb you desire. enjoyyyy :3 ♡
